Bunkley filed a motion for state post-conviction relief based on the state court\u2019s 1997 decision and argued that his pocketknife could not have been considered a \u201cweapon.\u201d The trial court rejected the defendant\u2019s motion for relief, and the Court of Appeals affirmed.
