The Police and Fire Retirement System of the City of Detroit and the Wyoming Retirement System filed two separate class action suits on behalf of asserted members of the class who had purchased some of the certificates. The suits claimed that IndyMac MBS had made fraudulent misrepresentations and omissions regarding the sale of the certificates.
