Monsanto moved for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, arguing that federal law\u2014specifically the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA)\u2014both expressly and impliedly preempted Durnell\u2019s failure to warn claim.
